Intellectual Property Rights

The User acknowledges that Drive Inspections owns all rights, title, and interest in its inspection reports, methodologies, and related materials, including all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights. Unauthorized use of these materials may result in legal action.

Customer Support

Drive Inspections provides customer support via email at info@driveinspections.com. Currently, support is not available via phone calls or other methods.

Refund Policy

All inspection service purchases are final. Drive Inspections does not provide refunds under any circumstances once an inspection has been scheduled or completed.

Data Accuracy and Limitations

The User acknowledges that inspection reports are based on observations at the time of the inspection and may not reflect subsequent vehicle conditions or hidden defects. Drive Inspections is not responsible for verifying prior vehicle history and disclaims any liability for errors or omissions in the report.
